Are you a detail-oriented logistics professional looking to advance your career with a growing supply chain management firm? Cosmo SCM is currently seeking a dedicated Seafreight Customer Service Executive to join our dynamic team in Port Klang.
In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring seamless seafreight operations for both import and export shipments. You will manage critical documentation, coordinate with co-loaders, and ensure that our clients receive timely updates throughout the shipping lifecycle. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate with co-loaders to manage arrival notices and ensure timely vessel updates.
- Perform accurate data entry for manifest preparation and correction.
- Issue e-DO (Electronic Delivery Orders) and process billing documentation efficiently.
- Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding shipment status and resolve transit discrepancies.
- Liaise with internal operations and external stakeholders to expedite cargo clearance.
- Monitor seafreight movement schedules to ensure adherence to customer timelines.
- Assist in the compilation of shipping reports and ensure compliance with customs regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Studies, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of seafreight import and export documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software/ERP systems.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage time-sensitive documentation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a high-performance team.
