Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end seafreight operations, including booking management and vessel schedule tracking.
- Prepare and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Certificates of Origin, and Customs declarations.
- Liaise effectively with overseas agents, carriers, and local transport vendors to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Proactively update clients on shipment status and resolve any operational bottlenecks or discrepancies.
- Assist in managing cost-effective freight rates and maintaining vendor databases.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and internal company SOPs.
- Maintain precise data entry in the internal Freight Management System (FMS).
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in seafreight operations or freight forwarding is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong interest in logistics are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with global stakeholders.
- High level of accuracy and strong organizational skills to handle multi-tasking.
- Knowledge of Incoterms and international shipping regulations is a distinct advantage.
- Ability to work effectively in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
