The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end ocean freight export operations, coordinating with international shipping lines, and ensuring flawless documentation processes. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing timely updates and expert solutions to any operational challenges that arise. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end export process for ocean freight shipments from booking to arrival.
- Coordinate closely with shipping lines, transporters, and overseas agents to ensure timely vessel space and equipment availability.
- Prepare, verify, and process accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor shipment status and proactively communicate tracking updates to clients to ensure total transparency.
- Troubleshoot operational delays or port congestion issues and implement effective contingency plans.
- Maintain compliance with all international shipping regulations, customs requirements, and company standard operating procedures.
- Assist in the negotiation of freight rates with service providers to optimize cost-efficiency for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in seafreight operations or ocean freight export.
- Strong understanding of shipping terminology, Incoterms, and global logistics workflows.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment with strict attention to detail.
- Possess a proactive, 'can-do' attitude with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
