Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and evaluate search results to ensure accuracy, relevance, and compliance with quality guidelines.
- Conduct deep-dive investigations into search query trends to identify potential gaps in content coverage.
- Provide high-quality, data-driven feedback to engineering teams to optimize search ranking algorithms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex search issues and improve user engagement.
- Monitor and report on search quality metrics to track performance trends over time.
- Identify, classify, and mitigate misinformation or low-quality content in search results.
- Participate in regular calibration sessions to ensure consistent evaluation standards across the team.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Information Technology, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in search evaluation, quality assurance, or content moderation is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data and patterns.
- Exceptional attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong familiarity with internet search engines, social media trends, and user behavior.
