Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Chief Engineer in daily operations and maintenance of propulsion systems
- Monitor and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on vessel equipment
- Manage spare parts inventory and procurement for engineering operations
- Ensure compliance with SOLAS, MARPOL, and Class regulations
- Coordinate with deck teams for seamless vessel operations
- Prepare technical documentation and maintenance reports
- Mentor junior engineering staff on best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marine Engineering or related field
- Valid Class II Engineer Certificate (STCW compliant)
- Minimum 3 years' experience on offshore support vessels
- Strong knowledge of diesel engines and hydraulic systems
- Familiarity with PMS (Planned Maintenance Systems)
- Certification in firefighting and first aid
- Problem-solving skills for emergency repairs
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
