Tanggung Jawab
- Perform advanced second-level maintenance and repairs on ATM machines according to manufacturer specifications
- Diagnose and troubleshoot complex technical issues affecting ATM operations and functionality
- Replace faulty components, parts, and modules following established procedures and standards
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime and ensure optimal performance
- Document all maintenance activities, prepare detailed technical reports, and update service records
- Collaborate with first-level technicians to resolve escalated issues and provide expert guidance
- Maintain accurate inventory of spare parts and components for efficient repair operations
- Stay current with the latest ATM technologies and industry best practices
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related technical field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ATM maintenance, IT hardware support, or similar technical role
- Strong knowledge of ATM hardware components, systems architecture, and network connectivity
- Proficiency in troubleshooting electronic systems, networks, and security protocols
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high-quality standards
- Valid driver's license with clean record (required for regular site visits across Bali)
- Excellent problem-solving and diagnostic skills with attention to detail
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and English for technical documentation and team collaboration
