Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in safe navigation and watchkeeping duties during vessel operations
- Manage cargo loading, stowage, and discharge operations efficiently
- Monitor vessel stability and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with deck crew for routine maintenance and equipment checks
- Prepare navigational charts and voyage plans for assigned routes
- Supervise cargo securing and documentation procedures
- Participate in emergency drills and safety management systems
Kualifikasi
- Valid Second Mate/Master Mariner certification (STCW compliant)
- Minimum 2 years deck officer experience on cargo vessels
- Proficiency in cargo operations and stability calculations
- Strong understanding of SOLAS and MARPOL regulations
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in multicultural environments
- Physical fitness for maritime operations
- Valid passport and seafarer's medical certificate
