Tanggung Jawab
- Perform navigation duties and maintain safe watchkeeping operations
- Implement and enforce safety management systems and emergency response procedures
- Ensure compliance with international maritime regulations including SOLAS and MARPOL
- Supervise and train deck crew members on safety procedures and operational protocols
- Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of safety equipment and systems
- Plan and execute voyages while optimizing routes for fuel efficiency
- Organize and lead emergency drills to maintain crew preparedness
- Manage environmental protection measures to prevent pollution
Kualifikasi
- Valid Second Officer certification with DPO (Designated Person Offshore) Unlimited/Limited License
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Deck Officer on offshore vessels
- Thorough knowledge of international maritime regulations and safety standards
- Strong leadership abilities with proven experience in crew management
- Excellent communication skills in English and Tagalog
- Exceptional problem-solving and crisis management capabilities
- Physical fitness to work in challenging maritime environments
- Relevant maritime education and certifications from recognized institutions
