Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive Computer Science and IT curricula for secondary students.
- Utilize innovative teaching methodologies, including project-based learning, to foster student engagement.
- Integrate emerging technologies and coding tools into daily lessons to inspire curiosity.
- Provide differentiated instruction to support students with varying levels of technical proficiency.
- Collaborate with faculty members to cross-pollinate IT skills across other academic disciplines.
- Monitor student progress, provide constructive feedback, and maintain academic records.
- Organize and mentor students for technology-based extracurricular clubs or competitions.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Education (with a focus on IT).
- A recognized teaching certification or equivalent pedagogical training.
- Proven experience teaching Computer Science at the secondary school level.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or web development technologies (HTML/CSS/JS).
- Strong understanding of digital literacy, online safety, and 21st-century learning frameworks.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for learners.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and multicultural school environment.
