Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, prepare, and deliver high-quality lessons across Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry for students in Grades 7 through 12.
- Implement the Cambridge International Curriculum (IGCSE/A-Levels) to ensure all students meet academic benchmarks.
- Develop and utilize engaging instructional materials that cater to various learning styles within the classroom.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide detailed feedback, and track student progress to ensure continuous improvement.
- Prepare students thoroughly for internal assessments and external international examinations.
- Maintain a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Collaborate with fellow educators and the academic department to refine teaching strategies and curricula.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student performance and developmental milestones.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Education, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience at the secondary level, preferably within an international school setting.
- Strong familiarity and experience with the Cambridge International Curriculum (IGCSE/O-Level/A-Level).
- Excellent proficiency in English, both written and verbal, as it is the primary medium of instruction.
- Deep conceptual knowledge of Mathematics and Science subjects for middle and high school levels.
- Strong classroom management skills and the ability to inspire students aged 12-18.
- Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative academic team.
- Must be based in or willing to relocate to Surabaya, Jawa Timur.
