Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize internal and external correspondence, memos, and official reports.
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including phone calls, emails, and physical mail.
- Maintain an efficient document control, record-keeping, and filing system.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, corporate events, and team-building activities.
- Coordinate with various internal departments to ensure smooth operational workflows.
- Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support overall office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree (S1) from any major.
- Proven experience as a Secretary, Administrative Assistant, or similar role is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and modern office equipment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
