Tanggung Jawab
- Provide high-level administrative support to management team, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and correspondence handling
- Manage and maintain executive schedules, ensuring optimal time utilization and prioritization of tasks
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and callers, representing the company with professionalism and courtesy
- Perform front desk duties, including greeting guests, answering inquiries, and directing communications
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and postal mail
- Prepare, edit, and distribute various documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate office activities, including meetings, events, and travel arrangements for executives
- Maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, ensuring proper organization and confidentiality of documents
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Administration, or related field
- Proven experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
- Professional demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills and customer service orientation
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
