Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily calendars, appointments, and travel arrangements for executive members.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute meeting agendas, detailed minutes, and official corporate correspondence.
  • Organize and maintain secure physical and digital filing systems, ensuring files are easily accessible.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling inquiries with high professionalism.
  • Assist in drafting presentations, reports, and administrative documentation for key business meetings.
  • Coordinate office events, team meetings, and oversee administrative supply inventories.
  • Collaborate across teams to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 3 years of proven experience as a Secretary, Executive Assistant, or in a similar administrative capacity.
  • Excellent communication and writing skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Outstanding organizational, time-management, and multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive corporate information discreetly.
  • Professional demeanor, proactive work attitude, and capability to work effectively under minimal supervision.
