General Adjuster Indonesia is currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Secretary & Admin to join our professional team in Jakarta Barat. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring that the administrative workflow remains seamless while supporting our team of adjusters in delivering excellence to our clients.

As our Secretary & Admin, your primary objective is to monitor and facilitate the lifecycle of insurance cases. You will bridge the gap between our field adjusters and administrative requirements, ensuring that all documentation is accurate, follow-ups are timely, and Service Level Agreement (SLA) targets are met consistently. This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and possesses exceptional multitasking abilities.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Monitor and track active insurance cases handled by adjusters to ensure adherence to SLA timelines.
  • Coordinate with adjusters to obtain timely status updates and process necessary documentation.
  • Manage office administrative tasks including document filing, scheduling, and correspondence management.
  • Prepare, proofread, and format professional reports and case summaries for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical databases to ensure quick retrieval of case information.
  • Proactively follow up with relevant parties to resolve bottlenecks in the case management process.
  • Support general office operations to ensure a productive and organized work environment.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) in Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably within the insurance or legal industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to track multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong analytical thinking and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Discipline, high integrity, and professional demeanor.
