Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
- Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to documents
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
- Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and general administrative support
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Indonesian and English
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills
