Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the executive's calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence
  • Organize and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to documents
  • Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure office supplies and equipment are maintained
  • Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
  • Manage office facilities, including maintenance, security, and general administrative support
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support various departments with administrative tasks as needed

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative or secretarial roles
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
