Ateja Tritunggal is seeking a highly organized, proactive, and professional Secretary to Director to join our team in Padalarang. In this pivotal role, you will serve as the primary administrative partner to the Director, ensuring seamless operational efficiency and high-level facilitation of daily business activities.
The ideal candidate is an expert in time management, communication, and office administration. You will handle sensitive information with discretion, manage complex scheduling, and act as a professional liaison between the Director and internal/external stakeholders. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate the Director’s daily calendar, appointments, and meeting schedules.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external correspondence, including emails and telephone calls.
- Prepare, format, and edit high-level reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and logistics for business-related trips.
- Facilitate communication between the Director’s office and department heads to ensure task alignment.
- Maintain physical and digital filing systems to ensure efficient information retrieval and data integrity.
- Handle confidential documentation with the utmost professionalism and discretion.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the Director remains focused on strategic priorities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or Secretary, preferably at the Director or C-level.
- Exceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and office productivity tools.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities with the capability to multitask effectively.
- High level of integrity and ability to manage highly sensitive and confidential information.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to office challenges.
- Ability to work under pressure and maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
