Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end automation projects from conceptualization to implementation
- Develop innovative application engineering solutions for complex industrial challenges
- Manage project lifecycles including budgeting, resource allocation, and timeline adherence
- Mentor and develop engineering teams through technical guidance and leadership
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to align engineering strategies with business objectives
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies in project execution processes
- Evaluate emerging technologies for potential integration into existing systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Industrial) or related field
- Minimum 8 years' experience in application engineering with 3+ years in leadership
- Proven track record of managing automation projects in manufacturing environments
- Strong technical expertise in PLC systems, SCADA, and industrial automation
- Project management certification (PMP/Prince2) preferred
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with system-thinking approach
- Fluent in English with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
