Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, execution, and maintenance of all electrical systems and equipment within the plant.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of electrical engineers and technicians to ensure high standards of workmanship.
- Implement and enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) protocols to minimize operational risks.
- Develop and manage annual budgets for the electrical maintenance department and control costs effectively.
- Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance to prevent costly equipment breakdowns.
- Troubleshoot complex electrical faults and lead recovery efforts during plant downtime.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of electrical systems with production processes.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 to 8 years of relevant experience in the cement or heavy industrial sector.
- Registered Engineer (BEM) or equivalent professional certification is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record in managing large-scale electrical maintenance projects.
- Knowledge of automation systems, SCADA, PLC, and power distribution.
- Valid driving license is required.
