- Lead and manage the Industrial Hire Purchase division, setting strategic direction and performance targets
- Develop and implement innovative hire purchase solutions for industrial equipment financing
- Oversee credit risk assessment, approval processes, and portfolio management
- Build and maintain relationships with key industrial sector clients and partners
- Ensure compliance with Bank Negara Malaysia regulations and internal policies
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and strategic recommendations for senior management
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
- Minimum 8 years of banking experience with 3+ years in hire purchase/leasing
- Proven track record in industrial equipment financing or asset-based lending
- Strong expertise in credit risk management and financial analysis
- Leadership experience managing teams of 5+ professionals
- In-depth knowledge of Malaysian financial regulations and compliance standards
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and banking software systems
