Join Indocater as Section Head of Operation (Housekeeping & Pest Control) and lead critical hospitality functions in Jakarta's dynamic tourism sector. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily housekeeping operations including staff scheduling, inventory management, and quality control
- Develop and implement integrated pest control strategies across all facility areas
- Train and mentor housekeeping and pest control teams on SOPs and safety protocols
- Manage vendor relationships for cleaning supplies and pest control services
- Monitor budget performance and implement cost-saving measures for operational efficiency
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Collaborate with other departments to resolve operational issues and improve guest satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 5 years experience in housekeeping and pest control operations
- Proven track record in team leadership and staff development
- Strong knowledge of hospitality hygiene standards and pest management protocols
- Experience with budget management and vendor negotiations
- Certification in pest control management (e.g., PCO license) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
