Tanggung Jawab
- Plan and oversee the timely completion of shop drawings for construction projects
- Coordinate with Planning & Design unit to ensure alignment with project requirements
- Lead and mentor team of draftsmen to maintain drawing quality and standards
- Review and approve shop drawings for technical accuracy and compliance
- Collaborate with engineering teams to resolve design and technical issues
- Ensure drawings adhere to local building codes and safety regulations
- Manage documentation and version control of all drawing revisions
- Optimize drawing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 5 years' experience in construction drawing management
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD) and BIM tools (Revit)
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and building codes
- Proven leadership experience managing technical teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
