Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to maintain high productivity and service standards.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, from lead generation to closing, ensuring accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and distribution, to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and distribution partners.
  • Oversee departmental budgets and optimize resource allocation to maximize profitability.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role within a competitive industry.
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and develop talent.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting, data analysis, and CRM software.
  • Deep understanding of the local market dynamics in Central Java (Jawa Tengah).
