Summit Adyawinsa Indonesia is seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Section Head PE (Assembly & Automation) to lead our engineering and manufacturing efforts. In this pivotal contract role, you will be responsible for leading technical problem-solving initiatives, specifically focusing on critical production processes such as Spot Welding and MIG Welding.
As the Section Head, your primary objective will be to drive process excellence by analyzing current assembly workflows and implementing solutions that significantly improve assembly accuracy and production efficiency. You will oversee the technical aspects of our assembly lines, ensuring that machinery and welding processes operate at optimal performance standards. This is an excellent opportunity for a technical leader to make a substantial impact on our manufacturing capabilities.
Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage technical problem-solving for Spot Welding and MIG Welding processes.
- Analyze assembly processes to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Enhance assembly accuracy and production efficiency through data-driven solutions.
- Oversee the technical team to ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Implement and monitor process improvements and automation strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to streamline manufacturing workflows.
- Conduct root cause analysis for welding defects and assembly issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience in Assembly & Automation, with specific expertise in Spot Welding and MIG Welding.
- Demonstrated leadership experience as a Section Head or Technical Team Leader.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills in a manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of quality control standards and ISO certification processes.
- Proficiency in using technical tools for process analysis and improvement.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, contract-based environment.
