Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and oversee the entire project lifecycle for HV and MV protection system installations, from initial planning to final commissioning.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of protection engineers, ensuring high standards of engineering excellence and safety.
- Conduct advanced technical reviews of protection relay configurations, logic diagrams, and site acceptance testing (SAT) protocols.
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients, consultants, and internal project stakeholders regarding protection system requirements.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure timely delivery of high-quality engineering solutions.
- Ensure all engineering designs and installations strictly adhere to international and local Singaporean grid standards and safety regulations.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and system reliability.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems preferred) or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in power systems protection, specifically within HV/MV infrastructure.
- Professional Engineer (PE) status or chartered engineer certification is highly desirable.
- In-depth knowledge of protection relay technologies (e.g., Siemens, ABB, Schneider Electric, GE).
- Proven track record in project management, including managing large-scale, multi-disciplinary engineering projects.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex power system faults.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to manage diverse project teams and client expectations.
