Lotte Shopping Indonesia (Lotte Grosir) is currently seeking a highly motivated and strategic Section Head for Sales Support Operation in our Medan store. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our store's operational excellence, ensuring that our sales team is equipped with the support, resources, and strategy needed to hit and exceed company targets.
As a Section Head, you will oversee the daily administrative and operational support workflows, bridging the gap between back-office efficiency and frontline sales performance. The ideal candidate is a natural leader with a keen eye for retail trends, a passion for process improvement, and a commitment to delivering world-class service to our B2B and wholesale customers.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise the store sales support operation team to ensure seamless day-to-day administrative activities.
- Develop and implement effective sales support strategies to help the sales force achieve monthly and quarterly store targets.
- Analyze sales performance data and generate actionable reports to identify opportunities for revenue growth.
- Maintain high standards of inventory coordination and process administration to ensure product availability.
- Collaborate with store management to resolve operational bottlenecks and improve customer service delivery.
- Monitor and evaluate staff performance, providing coaching and training to foster professional development.
- Ensure compliance with company SOPs and health/safety regulations within the sales support department.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in retail operations, sales administration, or store management.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using ERP systems or retail management software.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Deep understanding of the Indonesian wholesale/retail market dynamics.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle pressure effectively.
- Willingness to be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
