- Develop and implement comprehensive procurement strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of procurement professionals
- Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with potential suppliers
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure optimal terms for the company
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure compliance with quality standards
- Optimize procurement processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
- Stay updated on market trends and industry best practices in supply chain management
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of procurement activities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, supplier management, and contract negotiations
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Certification in Supply Chain Management (CSCP, CPSM) is a plus
