Iotronix is seeking a dynamic and experienced Section Manager to lead our Contract Manufacturing operations. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end lifecycle of our Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) partnerships. You will ensure that our contract manufacturers consistently meet rigorous quality standards, cost efficiency goals, and strict delivery timelines. This position requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between technical requirements and operational execution. You will drive process improvements, oversee vendor performance, and mentor a dedicated team of manufacturing professionals. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end management of EMS contract manufacturing relationships and vendor performance.
- Ensure all production processes adhere to strict quality control and safety standards (ISO compliance).
- Analyze manufacturing data to optimize costs while maintaining high-quality output.
- Lead cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and delivery targets.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) to enhance operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular audits and performance reviews with manufacturing partners.
- Manage supply chain logistics, inventory levels, and material requirements planning.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in contract manufacturing or EMS operations.
- Proven track record of managing supplier relationships and driving cost reduction initiatives.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of ISO quality management systems is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and manufacturing software is a plus.
