Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and mentor a team of test engineers to deliver robust test development solutions for complex electronic assemblies.
- Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies, including ICT, FCT, and boundary scan processes.
- Conduct thorough failure analysis to identify root causes of product defects and implement corrective actions.
- Drive production efficiency by optimizing cycle times and reducing test process bottlenecks.
- Manage departmental resources, including talent development, budget oversight, and project timelines.
- Collaborate with NPI (New Product Introduction) teams to ensure seamless transition of new designs into high-volume manufacturing.
- Ensure strict adherence to quality management systems and industrial safety standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- Minimum 7-10 years of experience in Test Engineering within an EMS or manufacturing environment.
- Proven track record in a leadership or managerial position.
- Strong expertise in test programming (LabVIEW, C++, TestStand, or similar).
- In-depth knowledge of failure analysis tools (AOI, X-Ray, Oscilloscopes).
- Proficiency in statistical process control (SPC) and data-driven problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams in English and local languages.
