Kualifikasi
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in business administration, public administration, or related field
- Prior experience in customer service, call center, or regulatory compliance preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management systems
- Knowledge of government regulations and compliance procedures is advantageous
