Tanggung Jawab
- Process and settle securities trades in accordance with market regulations and internal procedures
- Verify trade details and ensure accuracy of settlement instructions
- Coordinate with brokers, custodians, and other financial institutions to resolve settlement discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and settlements
- Monitor trade settlement timelines and escalate potential delays
- Assist in reconciling accounts and investigating settlement issues
- Stay updated on market regulations and settlement processes
- Support team members in achieving departmental targets and service levels
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Basic knowledge of securities markets, trade settlement processes, and financial regulations
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling financial transactions
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is advantageous
