In this role, you will bridge the gap between architectural design and advanced security systems, ensuring that physical and digital safety are integrated into the core of every project.
You will work at the intersection of Building Information Modeling (BIM) and state-of-the-art security systems, utilizing digital twins to optimize building performance and safety. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain complex BIM models for integrated security systems, including access control, CCTV, and intrusion detection.
- Coordinate with architectural and MEP teams to ensure seamless integration of security infrastructure within the digital building model.
- Perform clash detection and resolution to prevent installation issues during the construction phase.
- Generate technical documentation, shop drawings, and 3D visualizations for client approval and onsite installation.
- Optimize BIM workflows to improve data accuracy, efficiency, and project delivery timelines.
- Conduct site visits to verify as-built models against physical installations and refine project documentation.
- Support project stakeholders by providing data-driven insights through BIM analysis for security system lifecycle management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in BIM coordination or engineering, specifically within security or building systems.
- Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of security system design principles and international building codes.
- Experience with digital twin technology and IoT integration in building management systems.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
- Relevant certifications in BIM management or security systems are highly regarded.
