Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of enterprise cybersecurity solutions and services.
- Oversee Security Operations Center (SOC) functions, including 24/7 monitoring and incident response.
- Define and execute security strategies that align with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and drive remediation plans for identified vulnerabilities.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders, vendors, and third-party partners.
- Ensure strict adherence to security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and ITIL.
- Mentor security teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement and security awareness.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience as a Security Delivery Lead or similar senior leadership role in the ICT sector.
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and governance (e.g., COBIT, NIST).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CRISC, or CISA are highly desirable.
- Demonstrated experience managing security transformations for global or enterprise clients.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple competing priorities effectively.
