Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the investigation and end-to-end response for complex or high-impact security incidents.
- Coordinate with cross-functional engineering and product teams to remediate vulnerabilities and security gaps.
- Oversee daily security operations, including monitoring, log analysis, and alert management.
- Design and implement security automation tools to enhance detection and response capabilities.
- Conduct regular security assessments and penetration testing on internal platforms and services.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members on security best practices.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive incident response documentation and playbooks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience in security operations, incident response, or security engineering.
- Deep understanding of network security, cloud security (AWS/GCP), and application security principles.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Go, or Bash) for automation and log analysis.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to remain calm and decisive under pressure.
- Relevant industry certifications such as CISSP, GCIH, OSCP, or equivalent are highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex security risks to non-technical stakeholders.
