Tanggung Jawab
- Active monitoring and detection of operational security risks across the organization's network and systems.
- Conducting technical investigations and root cause analysis of security incidents and breaches.
- Implementing and maintaining security controls, including firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and endpoint protection.
- Performing regular vulnerability assessments, penetration testing, and security audits.
- Ensuring compliance with internal security policies, industry standards, and relevant regulations (e.g., ISO 27001, GDPR).
- Managing and tuning Security Information and Event Management (SIEM) solutions to reduce false positives.
- Collaborating with IT teams to secure network architecture and cloud environments.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Security Engineer or in a similar IT security role.
- Strong knowledge of security concepts, network protocols, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, QRadar, LogRhythm) and incident response frameworks.
- Familiarity with cloud security (AWS/Azure) and container security best practices.
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CEH, Security+, or SANS GIAC are highly preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate complex security issues to non-technical stakeholders.
