Google is seeking an experienced and visionary Security Engineering Manager to lead our Enterprise SaaS Security team in Singapore. - Lead, mentor, and manage a team of security engineers, conducting performance reviews and fostering career growth.
- Define the strategic security vision and roadmap for Google's Enterprise SaaS product portfolio.
- Partner with engineering teams to integrate security best practices into the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Conduct and oversee threat modeling, security design reviews, and code reviews for critical systems.
- Drive incident response efforts, including detection, containment, eradication, and post-incident analysis.
- Manage security risks by identifying, quantifying, and prioritizing risks across the SaaS ecosystem.
- Champion a culture of security awareness and continuous improvement within the organization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 10+ years of experience in security engineering, with at least 5 years in a people management role.
- Deep expertise in enterprise SaaS security, including identity and access management (IAM), cryptography, and network security.
- Experience with cloud security architectures (Google Cloud Platform preferred, AWS or Azure a plus).
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages (Python, Go, C++, Java).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence technical decisions across teams.
- Strong understanding of compliance frameworks (SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
