Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of security engineers focused on threat detection and response.
- Design and implement scalable threat detection systems and automated response workflows.
- Oversee the end-to-end incident response process, coordinating with cross-functional teams during critical security events.
- Drive the adoption of advanced security technologies, including SIEM, UEBA, and AI-driven threat hunting.
- Collaborate with product managers to integrate security requirements into the development lifecycle.
- Conduct regular security assessments, code reviews, and threat modeling to identify vulnerabilities.
- Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure the effectiveness of security operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related technical field (Master’s degree is a plus).
- 8+ years of experience in information security, including 3+ years in a people management or technical leadership role.
- Deep understanding of network security, endpoint protection, and cloud security architectures (GCP, AWS, Azure).
- Strong experience with SIEM tools (e.g., Splunk, ELK Stack) and threat hunting methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin is highly desirable for the Singapore market.
