Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security policies, standards, and procedures
- Conduct risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify security gaps
- Monitor compliance with internal policies and external regulations (GDPR, PCI DSS)
- Support the execution of security control testing and audit preparation
- Document security processes and prepare compliance reports for stakeholders
- Assist in security awareness campaigns and training program development
- Track and remediate security incidents using GRC tools
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to embed security best practices
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Computer Science, IT, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in GRC, security operations, or compliance
- Understanding of security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST CSF, COBIT)
- Knowledge of risk assessment methodologies and compliance standards
- Proficiency with GRC tools (e.g., RSA Archer, ServiceNow)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Relevant certifications (CISSP, CISA, CISM) preferred
