Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive security governance frameworks, policies, and procedures
- Lead enterprise-wide risk assessments and mitigation strategies
- Manage compliance programs across multiple jurisdictions (PDPA, GDPR, ISO 27001)
- Coordinate internal/external audits and ensure remediation of findings
- Establish KPIs and reporting mechanisms for security performance
- Advocate security best practices through stakeholder training and awareness programs
- Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes to update security posture
Kualifikasi
- 8+ years in security GRC with 3+ years in leadership roles
- Professional certifications: CISSP, CISM, or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor
- Expertise in NIST, COBIT, and regulatory frameworks
- Experience in high-growth tech or e-commerce environments
- Strong analytical skills for complex risk evaluation
- Exceptional communication for executive stakeholder engagement
- Track record of scaling GRC programs in cloud/SaaS environments
