Tanggung Jawab
- Patrol and inspect the premises regularly, including buildings, grounds, and parking areas, to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Monitor CCTV cameras and alarm systems, reporting any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches immediately.
- Control entry and exit points, verifying identification, signing in visitors, and ensuring only authorized personnel access the facility.
- Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing first aid if necessary, and coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services.
- Maintain detailed daily logs and incident reports, documenting observations, actions taken, and any irregularities.
- Enforce company policies and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment for all employees and customers.
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting employees, visitors, and customers with directions and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Assist with routine safety checks, such as fire extinguisher inspections and emergency exit accessibility, to ensure regulatory compliance.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma or equivalent; college-level education or vocational training in Security or Criminology is an advantage.
- Valid Security Guard License from the Philippine National Police (PNP) or Supervisory Office for Security and Investigation Services (SOSIA) is required.
- Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military service is a plus but not required; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Strong observational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with the public, employees, and law enforcement.
- Physically fit and able to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods, as well as respond quickly in emergencies.
- Basic proficiency in writing reports and using security monitoring equipment.
- Must be responsible, honest, and have a strong sense of integrity and professionalism.
