Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine patrols of the factory premises and perimeters to deter unauthorized access.
- Monitor and control access points, verifying IDs and issuing visitor passes.
- Enforce company safety protocols and emergency procedures at all times.
- Respond promptly to alarms, incidents, and security breaches.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, incident reports, and patrol checks.
- Observe and report any suspicious activities or potential security risks to the supervisor.
- Assist in coordinating with local law enforcement or emergency services when necessary.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a valid Security Officer License (SOL) or equivalent credentials.
- High school diploma or vocational certificate is required.
- Previous experience in industrial or factory security is highly preferred.
- Physically fit and able to perform standing, walking, and patrolling duties.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including night shifts if required.
- Clean background check clearance is mandatory.
