Arabian Knight Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our team in the cultural heart of Ubud, Bali. We are committed to providing a secure and welcoming environment for our guests, employees, and assets. In this role, you will play a crucial part in maintaining the safety and orderliness of our establishment, ensuring that every visitor enjoys a worry-free experience.
Our ideal candidate is disciplined, observant, and possesses a strong sense of responsibility. You will be responsible for the physical security of the premises, acting as the first point of contact for safety protocols and emergency response.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol the restaurant premises, parking areas, and surrounding grounds to prevent theft, vandalism, and unauthorized access.
- Maintain a high profile to deter potential security threats and ensure the safety of all staff and guests.
- Verify the identity of all employees and visitors entering the building, issuing visitor passes as required.
- Respond immediately to alarms, disturbances, or emergencies, coordinating with local authorities if necessary.
- Assist with crowd control during peak dining hours to ensure a safe and orderly flow of traffic.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or maintenance issues to the management team promptly.
Kualifikasi
- Valid Security License (SIP) is preferred.
- Previous experience in security or hospitality is a plus but not mandatory.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods and perform regular patrolling duties.
- Excellent observation skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Fluency in both English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly desirable.
- Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
