Italian Thai Development, a premier construction and development company in the Philippines, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Guard Supervisor to oversee security operations at our site in San Fernando, Pampanga. This contract/temporary position is ideal for a proactive leader who can ensure the safety and security of our projects and personnel.
In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and evaluating the performance of contracted security guard agencies, ensuring strict compliance with all security protocols and procedures. You will conduct regular inspections, manage guard schedules, coordinate emergency responses, and prepare detailed incident reports. Your leadership will be critical in maintaining a secure environment for all stakeholders.

- Oversee and monitor the performance of contracted security guard agencies to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Develop and implement security protocols and procedures for site safety.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to identify and mitigate potential risks.
- Schedule and coordinate guard shifts, assignments, and leave coverage.
- Prepare and maintain accurate incident reports, logs, and documentation.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security personnel to maintain high performance.
- Liaise with clients, management, and local authorities regarding security matters.
- Respond to emergencies and coordinate crisis management actions.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in criminology, security management, or related field preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in security supervision or a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of security operations, patrol procedures, and emergency response.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and make quick, sound decisions.
- Valid security guard license or certification as required by Philippine law.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Basic computer proficiency for report writing and scheduling software.
