In this dual-role position, you will be the face of our establishment, ensuring the safety and security of our guests while providing seamless valet services.

Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol the premises to ensure the safety and security of guests, staff, and property.
- Provide professional valet parking services, ensuring vehicles are handled with care and parked safely.
- Control access to the establishment and monitor surveillance equipment to detect suspicious activity.
- Direct traffic and manage the vehicle drop-off and pick-up area efficiently to prevent congestion.
- Respond promptly to emergencies, incidents, or guest complaints with professionalism and tact.
- Maintain clear, concise logs of daily operations and report any security breaches to management.
- Assist guests with inquiries or directions, contributing to a positive overall hospitality experience.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Security Guard, Valet, or in a similar customer-facing role.
- Possess a valid Indonesian driving license (SIM A and C).
- Good physical fitness and ability to work in various shift patterns, including nights and weekends.
- Strong situational awareness and a proactive approach to safety and conflict resolution.
- Excellent communication skills with a friendly and helpful demeanor.
- High level of integrity, reliability, and professional conduct.
- Basic understanding of safety protocols and emergency response procedures.
