Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end incident lifecycle management including detection, analysis, containment, eradication, and recovery
- Develop and implement comprehensive incident response plans aligned with NIST and ISO 27001 frameworks
- Coordinate cross-functional responses involving IT, legal, compliance, and executive stakeholders
- Oversee 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC) operations and threat intelligence integration
- Conduct post-incident reviews and implement preventive measures to reduce recurrence
- Manage security budgets, vendor relationships, and technology investments
- Ensure compliance with BSP and PDPR regulatory requirements for financial institutions
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 10+ years of cybersecurity experience with 5+ years in incident leadership roles
- CISSP, CISM, or GIAC certification required
- Proven experience managing SOC teams in financial services or regulated industries
- Expertise in SIEM platforms (Splunk, QRadar), threat intelligence, and forensic tools
- Strong knowledge of banking-specific threats and regulatory compliance frameworks
- Exceptional crisis management and communication skills during high-pressure incidents
