Grandland Inc. is currently seeking a highly experienced and dedicated Security Manager to join our team in Cebu. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and procedures to align with industry standards.
- Supervise and train security personnel, ensuring high standards of conduct, vigilance, and professionalism.
- Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential vulnerabilities.
- Oversee access control systems and visitor management processes to ensure authorized entry only.
- Investigate security breaches, incidents, and irregularities to determine causes and prevent recurrence.
- Coordinate with local law enforcement and emergency services during critical incidents.
- Ensure strict compliance with all local, national, and company safety regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Criminology, Security Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a security management role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism sector.
- Valid Security Supervisor/Manager license or certification is required.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse security team.
- Excellent conflict resolution and crisis management abilities.
- Proficiency in using security surveillance systems and alarm management software.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
