Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and implement comprehensive security policies and emergency response procedures
- Lead, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure professional service delivery
- Monitor CCTV systems and patrol premises to prevent security breaches
- Investigate incidents, prepare detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions
- Coordinate with local police and emergency services during critical situations
- Conduct risk assessments for events and operational activities
- Ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations
- Manage access control systems and vendor security protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, or related field
- Minimum 5 years security management experience in hospitality or entertainment venues
- Proven leadership skills with team management experience
- Valid Indonesian security certification (Sertifikat Keamanan)
- Strong knowledge of Bali's tourism regulations and local law enforcement protocols
- Excellent crisis management and conflict resolution abilities
- Advanced proficiency in surveillance systems and security technology
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
