PT Semangat Muda Mandiri is currently seeking a vigilant and professional Security Officer to join our team in Bali. We are looking for an individual who is committed to maintaining a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for our guests and staff. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for many visitors, necessitating a high level of professionalism, integrity, and excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong sense of responsibility and the ability to remain calm under pressure. Given our location in the heart of Bali's hospitality sector, proficiency in English is essential to effectively assist international guests and provide clear instructions. You will play a vital role in our daily operations, ensuring that all safety protocols are strictly followed while providing world-class service.
Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and other persons to maintain security of the premises.
- Conduct regular patrols to prevent and detect signs of intrusion and ensure the security of doors, windows, and gates.
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting guests warmly and assisting with inquiries in both Indonesian and English.
- Report any suspicious activities, safety hazards, or security breaches to management immediately.
- Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify and investigate disturbances.
- Assist in emergency situations, including fire evacuations and medical emergencies, following established safety protocols.
- Maintain detailed logs and reports regarding daily security activities and incident occurrences.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Mandatory: Proficiency in spoken and written English to communicate effectively with international guests.
- Proven experience in a security role, preferably within the hospitality or tourism industry.
- Possession of a valid security certification (Gada Pratama) is highly preferred.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, approachable demeanor.
- Physically fit and capable of performing standing duties and patrols.
- Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic understanding of security software and reporting tools.
