Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular patrols of property premises to deter unauthorized access
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and respond to suspicious activities
- Enforce access control procedures for employees, visitors, and deliveries
- Document security incidents and prepare detailed incident reports
- Collaborate with law enforcement during emergency situations
- Maintain safety equipment and conduct security audits
- Provide first aid assistance when required
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent certification
- Minimum 1 year security officer experience preferred
- Valid Security Officer certification (Sertifikat Keamanan)
- Basic first aid and CPR certification
- Strong observational and decision-making abilities
- Proficient in CCTV operation and basic security systems
- Excellent communication and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
