We are currently seeking a reliable and vigilant Security Officer to join the dedicated team at Taman Rama School - Taman Mahatma Gandhi Foundation. Located in the vibrant city of Denpasar, Bali, our institution prioritizes the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and visitors above all else. In this role, you will serve as the first line of defense, ensuring that our school premises remain safe and orderly at all times. You will be responsible for monitoring access points, conducting regular patrols, and responding effectively to any security incidents or emergencies. We are looking for a candidate who is detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of remaining calm under pressure. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and control access points to the school campus to ensure only authorized personnel and visitors enter.
- Conduct regular security patrols of the school premises, including classrooms, hallways, and parking areas.
- Respond promptly to alarms, security breaches, medical emergencies, or any suspicious activities.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance systems and report any anomalies or breaches in real-time.
- Prepare detailed incident reports and submit them to the administration in a timely manner.
- Assist in visitor management by verifying identification and issuing visitor passes.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and build a good rapport with students, teachers, and staff.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent educational qualification.
- Previous experience in security, facility management, or a related field is highly preferred.
- Valid security license (Sertifikat Keamanan) is a plus.
- Strong observation skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Physically fit and able to stand/walk for extended periods during shifts.
