Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and patrol hotel premises to prevent unauthorized access and maintain security.
- Operate and monitor CCTV systems to identify and report suspicious activities.
- Provide a high standard of customer service by assisting guests with security-related inquiries.
- Execute emergency response procedures, including fire safety protocols and first aid when necessary.
- Document daily security logs, incident reports, and shift briefings accurately.
- Coordinate with local authorities and hotel management during high-profile events or emergencies.
- Manage parking areas and control traffic flow within the hotel vicinity.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training in security is a plus.
- Previous experience in hotel security or corporate security is preferred.
- Physically fit and capable of performing duties that involve standing, walking, or patrolling for extended periods.
- Strong observation skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Good communication skills in both Indonesian and basic English.
- Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Possession of relevant security certifications (e.g., Gada Pratama) is highly desirable.
